Candidate shall work collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems/applications. Shall use pre established methods to define strategy and technology roadmaps to research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade operating systems. Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes. Shall perform quality assurance, testing, training, documentation, project scheduling and budgeting/forecasting related to all tasks related to the implementation of solutions. Conduct security and architecture reviews, and provide direction to development teams by suggesting tools, techniques and proof of concepts. Continuously develop & test best practices & standards for software development and create project specific documentation as required. Develop and implement the most efficient and cost-effective solutions and recommend hardware and software development, purchase, and use. Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current system. Works closely with project manager to prioritize business goals and information needs. Entry level positions will work under close supervision of the Project Manager. All positions will work under supervision using pre established procedures and processes
For entry level positions, candidate should have a Master Degree in Computer Science, engineering or related field.
